REAL Estate Sales Agent
Killed at Model Home
- 7/8/06
McKinney, Tx police were
called to a residence at
5700 Conch Trail Dr. on
Saturday, July 8th, 2006
regarding the discovery of a
severely injured person by a
couple looking for
information on the home.
When police arrived, they
found the sales agent, Sarah
Anne Walker, age 40,
deceased in the model home.
The victim was found by a
coupe wanting information on
home sales in the area.
The neighborhood is still
under construction with
several dozen completed
homes and model homes
available for viewing.
Local police detectives are
searching for clues and
interviewing people that
live and work in the area.
As of now, no suspects have
been identified, nor has a
motive been established for
the crime.
